Mineral County Warrant Records Mineral County Warrant Records

Mineral County warrant information is divided among the Sheriff, Mineral Combined Court, and Creede Municipal Court. Colorado offers no single public statewide warrant search. This private reference site organizes the official contacts and record routes so residents can identify the right custodian without mistaking a docket search or recording office for a warrant database.

Why We Built This Site

Mineral County has no official public online warrant list. A state case belongs with the Clerk of Court at Mineral Combined Court, while a City ordinance matter may belong with Creede Municipal Court. The Sheriff answers law-enforcement questions and serves process, but the issuing court controls case records, bond terms, and recall decisions. The Mineral County Clerk & Recorder is a different recording office and does not keep criminal court files. We collect these distinctions, current contacts, and official links because checking only one source can give a false sense that a warrant does not exist.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Colorado court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes on some content pages. They control their results, prices, retention practices, and services. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports the site. We cannot verify a partner result, and it never replaces confirmation from Mineral Combined Court, Creede Municipal Court, or the Mineral County Sheriff.
